Lodging next to the ocean in our waterfront condos is an unforgettable experience.Our condos are fully furnished: Lots of towels, sheets & pillow cases, extra pillows, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, dishwasher, garbage disposal, range & oven, crock pot, a new refrigerator and a cupboard filled with the stuff the last people thought was too good to toss out, and all the other usual things that make a house a home! In addition to the usual stuff:  Cable TV, telephone with a time/date answering machine, and a small CD/Tape/AM/FM stereo. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Our condos are tastefully decorated in rattan & tropical colors.  Although listed for four people, the Surf & Sand units have two of those self-inflating mattresses in the upstairs linen closet, to toss on the living room floor, if needed for that extra kid or Uncle Charlie. Ah, the lanai (that's "patio" in Mainland talk) is a great place to watch those famous Hawaiian sunsets, or watch for dolphins while eating breakfast, or watch the long-boats, or ...  our lanai offers a panoramic view of over ten miles of the beautiful Kona coastline! Location, location, location: Located in the  beautifully manicured Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club, offering three pro-grade tennis courts, swimming pool, outdoor clubhouse, BBQ pits,  next to a beach and a golf course..  The Keauhou Shopping Center is just up the hill, with a large grocery store, shops, new movie theatre, and the famous Drysdale's for a bite out.   And we're just six miles south of Kailua-Kona (the main town of the Kona coast), where you can shop til you drop, or catch the Marlin weigh-in's every afternoon, or catch a Luau, or .....  Kailua now has a Costco, Super K-Mart, and a Safeway Super Store for anything you may have forgotten, want or need.
